Ignorance/Triumph 

Okay So This is gonna be kind of an rant.. So I apologize ahead of time: 

 

So I was at the mall today and I noticed something that I really didn’t notice before. As a teenager you automatically get the label of ‘annoying’ or ‘unintelligent.’ But as a kid with a disability I have been labeled worse then that. I have been labeled things such as ‘cripple’ ‘crazy legs’ and other digroitary terms that can extremely hurt someone self esteem. I am a normal 17 year old teenage boy that was diagnosed with a disability called Familial Spastic Paraparesis. What it pretty much does is effect the way I walk and thats it. It doesn’t makes me not human or something, it just makes me different, which to me isn’t a bad thing at all. This is something that I have been kind of holding in for awhile and I decided to share it with you guys. 

Do me and everyone who has a disability or not. Don’t judge someone solley off the way they look or they way the walk. Judge someone of what they do as a person.
